Renovating an Aging Facade
A face lift couldn't come soon enough for this aging home in Princeton. Tired siding and a shingled mansard roof gave the exterior of this home a dated appearance that the homeowners wished to rejuvenate.
We installed a cheery blue vinyl siding that brings fresh energy to the facade, and replaced the second-story shingling with siding for an updated look. A front porch was added to the entryway, and we upgraded the existing brick surrounding the front door to a natural stone veneer. In a similarly natural aesthetic, we replaced the existing front and garage doors, incorporating wood tones that create the cohesive and handsome facade seen above. What a dramatic change in appearance a few simple changes can bring!
